Available on the 120R Loader, the hydraulic single-point connector saves the operator time and effort during the loader removal and installation process. This feature allows effortless connection or removal of boom and bucket hydraulic connection lines within seconds. This single-point hydraulic coupler attachment supports two hydraulic circuits used to operate the loader boom and bucket. The single-point coupler is compatible with a third hydraulic function to operate a grapple; however, the hoses for the third function must be coupled separately. The single point system contains two main sections: tractor and loader halves. The tractor half that remains on the tractor is securely mounted, utilizing a bracket that is held in the same place as the loader mounting frame. The loader half is flexible and when disconnected, remains with the loader (parked). To disconnect the single-point hydraulic connector:
Safely park loader evenly on the ground.
Turn the tractor off and rotate the loader joystick in all directions to release any hydraulic pressure from system.
After the loader is detached from the tractor, place hand over loader half lever assembly and use fingers to pull the locking trigger rearward (toward operator station).
While the locking pin is pulled out, rotate the locking handle upward to release.
Once disconnected, place the loader half of single point into the storage bracket (the bracket is part of the kit and will be installed on the loader mast).
To connect the single-point hydraulic connector:
Align the tractor with the parked loader.
Turn the tractor off.
Rotate the joystick in all directions to release any hydraulic pressure from the system.
Using the alignment pins, place the loader half over top of the fixed tractor half as shown below.
Once pins are aligned, rotate the handle down to securely latch the system together.
Turn the tractor back on.
Attach the loader to the tractor.
